Payson, Arizona - Christopher Lance Skeens unexpectedly passed away March 27th , 2021. Chris was born February 13, 1959 in a small town in West Virginia to Alfred Skeens Sr. and Doris Jones.

Chris enjoyed Life! He loved the outdoors, especially hiking or a good old fashioned BBQ at the park drinking a cold one. Chris also enjoyed gardening, there was nothing like a home grown tomato. Chris had a passion for cooking all kinds of home cooked meals; chili in the pot was a favorite.

Chris was a fan of many sporting events, such as attending a D'backs game or an ASU game. Chris was fan of Nascar and was a regular attendent.

Chris is survived by his brother Fred Skeens, sister Ena Gagne, daughters Sandra L Watwood, Michelle S Armenta ( Jacob Armenta) and son Jonathan H Skeens Sr. . He is also survived by his 3 grandaughters, 8 grandsons and 2 great granddaughters. Chris is preceded in death by his parents Alfred Skeens Sr and Doris Jones, grandsons Jacob Mitchel Armenta and Aaron Skeens.
