Mesa, AZ - Rebekah Boutte, 69, of Mesa Arizona passed away peacefully on November 15th, 2025 in her home after suffering a severe stroke and from complications related to end stage renal failure.
Rebekah (also known as Becky Auldridge) was born on February 25th, 1956, in Omaha Nebraska, to Donald and Garnet Thrapp. She was raised on a homestead in Alaska where she learned to be a hard worker in order to survive. She grew up commercial fishing, mushing a dog sled, and hunting for dinner. She was the oldest of 10 kids and helped raise her younger brothers and sisters.
In 1989 she was ready to leave behind the cold and snow of Alaska and moved herself and her 3 children to Mesa Arizona. She was a natural healer and became a massage therapist, a Reiki Master, and a Shaklee Supervisor and had her own office called The Therapy Center on the corner of Power and Main St. for 35 years. She dedicated her life to helping others. She worked long days in order to provide for her family and help people out of their pain. She helped thousands of people over the years. Many people referred to her as their " Angel on Earth" because she helped so many people. Many people also called her "mom" even though she did not give birth to them and many more called her friend, even those who had no other people left to look after them or care about them. I've never met a more selfless or caring person. When she wasn't working she enjoyed spending her time hiking in Sedona, watching sunsets from her roof, walking on the beach, dancing, or spending time with her family.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Garnet Thrapp and by her brother Timothy. She is survived by her husband Joey Boutte and her three children DJ, Misty, and Alisha; and her 5 grandchildren Jaycee, Sage, Jade, Sebastian, and Daphne: and her 8 siblings Sam, Jackie, Rachel, Sarah, Liz, Michael, Melody, and Mark.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Rebekah on December 27th, 2025 1-4pm at Apache Villa club house at 2528 E. McKellips Rd., Mesa, Arizona. The family invites all who knew her to attend and share their favorite memories.
In lue of flowers, the family requests for you to do a good deed for someone in need in honor of Rebekah and the way she lived her life. She may have been an "Angel on Earth" but now she finally has her wings.
