Mesa, Arizona - Richard Chamblin age 81 born 11/27/1943. He was born in Washington DC but spent most of his young life in Virginia. In 1960 he enlisted in the Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran.
He led a very happy & active life, filled with family, friends & many activities. He loved to Golf, Dance, walked 3 miles every day except for Sunday when he never missed church. He also
liked to cook, entertain friends & yearly go to Montana to help our nephew on his farm. He was a loving husband who never met a stranger & would help you out in any way he could.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years Arlee Chamblin, sons Gary & Rush, grandson Danny & sister Hope Chamblin.
He will be buried in an Historical Cemetery in Virginia where there are many Chamblin's dating back to the 16 hundreds. He will be missed by many, many people but as he would say when leaving
